January New Student Check-In and Orientation Schedule:
Sunday, January 9th – Spring New Student Move In:
- 9:00am – 11:30am – Arrive to campus and Check-in at Carrington Gym
- 1:30pm – Welcome Session for New Students and Pinning Ceremony
Monday, January 10th – Orientation for New Students:
- 9:00am – 7:00pm – This day is to welcome you to campus and to Danville! We’ll meet different staff and faculty who can provide you with resources for various needs. We’ll participate in a service project in the Danville community and you’ll get to know our city. You’ll meet your Connection Leaders and get to know your fellow Cougars. Of course, there will be plenty of free t-shirts and fun prizes along the way! An Orientation schedule will be given to you at Check-in on Sunday
Tuesday, January 11th – Rest Day
- Get to know your new campus and new Averett family before classes start!
Wednesday, January 12th – First Day of Classes
